A visible path up
Caregiver to lead facilitator to centre head to cluster manager. Most of our centre heads started on the floor. Internal openings go to the team first.

Fixed shifts published a month ahead, no unannounced doubles, and a real handover between shifts so nobody stays back to cover.

What it's actually like
